MasterSeal is a highly efficient hydrophobizing and water-repellent powder additive (white in color) for cementitious mortars. It enhances the water resistance and durability of cement-based products and is particularly recommended for applications requiring water repellency and bulk hydrophobizing properties. This product works by chemically protecting the surface and bulk of building mortars and products against water infiltration.

Specifically formulated for mortars, jointing compounds, and building products, MasterSeal is easy to incorporate during the production of dry mix cementitious products. It offers a linear dosage, allowing for simple adjustment of the desired water resistance level. When mixed with water, it does not hinder drymix wetting, nor does it cause foaming or retardation effects. Importantly, it doesn't adversely impact surface hardness, adhesive strength, or compressive strength.

MasterSeal also boasts excellent workability, maintaining neutrality even at high dosage rates.
